About this event

Czech conductor Petr Popelka makes his Atlanta Symphony Orchestra debut in an all-Czech program, opening with music by Vítezslava Kaprálová - a Renaissance woman and force of nature who pierced glass ceilings as a composer and conductor in the early 20th-century. Christina and Michelle Naughton join the ASO for Martinu\'s Concerto for Two Pianos. To round out the evening, Popelka leads the Orchestra in the haunting and exuberant Symphony No. 8 by Antonín Dvorák.
